She revealed to interviewers on the H3 Podcast how she was raised in the Manila slums by her grandmother until she reached the age of 3. She was then adopted by Kenneth Taylor an American expat as well as the wife of his Eden. She said she worked on the family farm for 10 years as well as doing chores. Bryner is her brother, and she has two older adoptive sisters. Her family moved to United States in Texas when she was thirteen, with the exception of two older sisters who were at home in the Phillipines.
